Established in 1997 as Swallowing Diagnostics, LLC, our goal is to provide a functional dysphagia diagnosis using the FEES procedure. An SDX FEES gives realistic results, testing food & drinks over the course of a meal and evaluating the effectiveness of compensatory swallowing strategies as well as providing treatment recommendations to support skilled dysphagia therapy.
We have the technology to assess swallowing disorders with the patient's goals and needs as our highest priority. Swallowing disorders are already difficult. In contrast to an MBSS (modified barium swallow study), our FEES procedure allows a stress-free, comfortable testing environment for the patient right at their bedside with the involvement of their caregivers and therapists.
We serve our patients by bringing our state-of-the-art equipment to nursing homes, rehabilitation facilities and hospitals.
